Welcome to Tudo Núm. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tudo Núm mobile application, web portals, and associated services (“Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2.Definitions

• “User” refers to any individual or entity using the Platform.
• “Customer” means a user who books or consumes services.
• “Provider” means a verified individual or agency offering services.
• “Affiliate” means a user promoting the platform and earning referral bonuses.
• “Admin” refers to Tudo Núm’s internal platform operations team.
• “Wallet” refers to the in-app digital balance mechanism.

3.Eligibility

To register or use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
• For Providers, identity and professional documentation may be required.

4.Account Usage & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify Tudo Núm immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You may not impersonate another person or use another user’s account.

5.Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be paid through authorized payment channels.
• Wallet usage is subject to balance availability.
• Tudo Núm reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in case of fraud or dispute.
• Users agree that confirmed bookings are binding. Cancellations may be subject to penalties.

6.Provider Conduct & Compliance

• Providers must maintain honesty, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Providers agree to fulfill jobs as listed and avoid direct off-platform transactions.
• Tudo Núm may suspend or ban accounts that breach quality or safety standards.

7.Affiliate Program

• Referral earnings are only valid for real, verified, and active users.
• Tudo Núm has the right to audit and remove fraudulent or inactive referral nodes.
• Multi-tier affiliate structures must comply with ethical marketing practices.

8.Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

• Customers may request a refund within 24 hours for unsatisfactory services.
• Disputes will be investigated by the Admin team. Resolution decisions are final.
• Repeated chargebacks may lead to account restriction or legal action.

9.Content & Reviews

• Users may post reviews, comments, and images.
• Content must not be defamatory, abusive, fake, or misleading.
• Tudo Núm may remove or edit content that violates community guidelines.

10.Data Privacy

• User data is stored securely and processed in accordance with GDPR standards.
• Data is not sold or shared with third parties without consent.
• You agree to receive transactional and promotional notifications unless opted out.

11.Termination of Use

• Tudo Núm reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts without notice in case of fraud, abuse, or legal violation.
• Users may terminate their account at any time through profile settings.

12.Intellectual Property

• All platform content, logos, software, and trademarks are owned by Tudo Núm.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform assets without written permission.

13.Modification of Terms

• Tudo Núm may update these terms periodically. Changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
• Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Disputes shall be handled by courts located in Lisbon, Portugal.
